Andante By The Sea is a waterfront villa with a pool and spa overlooking south shore of St. John and the Caribbean Sea. Two of the three bedrooms have inside access to the kitchen and living areas. A short hiking path starts at the lower deck area and takes you down to the beach at Hart Bay in minutes! Both sunrise and Sunset views!
Payment:
To
secure a reservation, 50% of the total rental amount along with 50% of
the total tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining rental
amount, tax amount and security deposit is due 60 days prior to your
arrival. Payment can be made by check or credit card (Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Cancellation:
No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained.
Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental
is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative
fee based on the total rental amount. Because of our strict
cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation
Insurance.
