St. Martin villas charge an 8% Government tax. The rates are
listed for 2 people per bedroom unless otherwise noted.
There is a deposit of 50% of the total amount due, that is to
be paid at the time of the reservation. The balance is due
120 days prior to your arrival. If the final payment is not
received in a timely manner, the reservation may be cancelled
with no refund of monies paid.

More than 90 days prior to arrival 25% of gross rental
90 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of gross rental
Within 30 days of arrival 100% of gross rental
Christmas and New Years Cancellation:
