St. Martin Payment and Conditions


St. Martin villas charge an 8% Government tax. The rates are listed for 2 people per bedroom unless otherwise noted.
There is a deposit of 50% of the total amount due, that is to be paid at the time of the reservation. The balance is due 120 days prior to your arrival. If the final payment is not received in a timely manner, the reservation may be cancelled with no refund of monies paid.
Cancellation fees:

High/Low Season Cancellation:
More than 90 days prior to arrival  25% of gross rental
90 to 30 days prior to arrival      50% of gross rental
Within 30 days of arrival           100% of gross rental

Christmas and New Years Cancellation:
More than 90 days prior to arrival  50% of gross rental
Less than 90 days prior to arrival  100% of gross rental

Payment Options:

Payment may be made with Visa or Mastercard (plus 4% fee), other cards may be accepted, wire transfer (plus bank fee), or Cashier's check mailed to us certified, overnight. All checks must be in US funds drawn from a US bank. Checks from foreign banks may be subject to additonal fees.

Villa Fish is pleased to offer our collection of carefully selected St. Martin villas. Our St. Martin villas range from simple cottages to luxurious grand estates. Most of our villas are located in the French Lowlands of Terres Basses, an exclusive community. We have many villas near or on Baie Rouge Beach and near the La Sammana Hotel. All of our St. Martin villas offer fully equipped kitchens, private pools and/or jacuzzi, beach access, air conditioning, and much more.

Villa Fish proudly represents many villas located on the Dutch side of St. Martin as well. We love Simpson Bay and Guana Bay. The bustling duty free port of Philipsburg, the Dutch capital, is a shopper’s delight as is Marigot , the French capital.  You will find trendy boutiques filled with designer clothing , jewelry and accessories from around the globe.  The bustling outdoor market in Marigot is a definite shopping experience.

For the more adventurous, there are several discotheques where you  can dance until dawn between Tantra Night Club for dancing and wonderful DJ’s for the younger crowd,  Privé another night club in the Simpson Bay area above The Market Garden Supermarket with hookah and Sky Lounge, and Bliss an outside night club on the sea where you can dance under the stars located in Beacon Hill next to the Caravanserai Hotel.

Dutch Side bars selection on Simpson Bay La Bamba  directly on the beach with Rock n Roll night, Latin night, Bon Fires, there is also the Soggy Dollar in Simpson Bay. Red Piano in Pelican Key, and at Maho Sopranos Piano Bar with Piano player every night, Cheri’s Café  with nightly entertainment with band and dancing,   Sky Beach Bar on the rooftop terrace at Maho fabulous view and great beachy feel.
Clubs on the French side such as Club Crazy in Marigot for the adventurous.  Also, The Shore in Grand Case.

St. Maarten/St. Martin is easily accessible with service from gateway cities such as New York, Miami, Dallas, San Juan, Washington D.C,Raleigh/Durham, Paris and Amsterdam.
