Payment:
To secure a reservation, 50% of the total rental amount along with 50% of the total tax is due at the time of booking.  The remaining rental amount, tax amount and security deposit is due 60 days prior to your arrival.  Payment can be made by check, credit card or wire transfer.

Cancellation:
No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee based on the total rental amount. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.

Prices and conditions may change based on your arrival date, number of guests, and length of stay. There may be a minimum night stay required.

 In addition to the rental agreement the owner requires a signed and notarized liability waiver at the time of booking.
